A good place to charge your car within the city. They have their office setup at the same place. So they are there to help if you have some issues while charging. They need to be available round the clock and at the moment I believe they operate only between 10AM - 6PM.

I recently enquired them about electric vehicle charging station set up in my area & Mr.Kabin was explained very clean and good approch for all my doubt reg install and next steps. This Relux company having all make in India products, wish them to achieve best in future. Future is ALL ELECTRIC VEHICLE HOPE..!!

Worst experience, demo vehicle steering control was not working properly and the vehicle was switching off as soon as it hit 20 or 25 kms neither was it able to climb a median of 2 steps and the blame was put on the manufacturer I was waiting for 2 months for it to be rectified but still NO It wasn't corona time either, I can only imagine what will happen if someone buy a product and there is a problem, sales guy (Sathish Kumar) does not even know the specification of the product nor the charges but will expect 100% advance payment. Pathetic approach to encourage customers looking to buy electric vehicles. :(

Useless. Doesn't work. Customer care person doesn't pick up the phone. When you reach them after multiple numbers, the person speaks arrogantly and argues. Worst service. Don't plan any trip with their chargers in mind
