Very worst behavior of staff in (punkunnam puzkal road) told there is home delivery and after ordering didn't receive the items, tired of calling didn't pickup the cal and after trying many times took cal and told can't do home delivery this the worst behavior of medical staffs since with emergency and without having other option to collect only will ask for home delivery but this type of irresponsible reply and the worst way of responding is not appreciated in this field... Try to be responsible.. If u can't do home delivery it should have told earlier itself.. Making to wait for long time and giving such a response after long time is not good...
Staff is irresponsible... If you people cannot deliver the medicines on time, why are you accepting orders... Gave the order at 11.00 am in the morning getting the assurance from your staff that medicines will be delivered before 4 pm on the same day... By 4.37 I received a message that they will deliver it on the next day... That too without any apologies... Such a rude people...
This is to complaint about the bad experience we encountered with the store in charge Ms. Nimmy. She gives false commitment to customers and when customers reach their store to collect the order (basis their commitment), they simply deny saying they said it by mistake. Also, if you ask for a certain product they insist on using alternate product. She disconnected the call twice and was not ready to provide manager's number. I will never recommend this store. They don't value customers time and effort of travelling to the store which is 21 kms away.
Medical store with good facilities and different sections for medicines and baby products. The staff's behaviour towards the customers is appreciable. Home delivery and courier service available .
Horrible experience from vadakkancherry outlet, rude staff, who doesn't have the minimum manners to talk. Despite of me being a doctor, showing my licence , the staff was reluctant to dispense medications. Though they meet the standards of a luxury medical shop, the staffs are ill mannered and uneducated.
Worst stafs behaviour, not everyone.. please train them properly. It's medical field so attitude is very important. If costomer is asking something they should say either yes or no, not insulting us. This happened Many times that's why I am writing this comment
On September 10/2020 I went to the store and asked for an ointment but instead they gave me tablets of the same content. So I went again after two days and asked for the ointment they gave me an ointment with different components. Now I've to go again later. During this growing pandemic condition. Really disappointed. Cross check and make sure about the medicine before leaving the store. Store is neat and clean but no social distancing or hand sanitizer.
Owners please note .The staff is completely disinterested. Each time have called several times to ensure delivery .This time I placed the order on Saturday was assured delivery on Sunday (after several calls )Today on reminding the lady had the nerve to say she called several times on Sunday and I did not answer.We spoke today but I want to bring this to your notice .Thanks
