Good hospital and decent service. Infrastructure is good with dedicated OT room, ICU and NICU. Staff is prompt. One major issue is that paper work is not very efficiently managed. Overall a good place for medical needs, though one should check before going as not all kinds of treatment are available.

Very unprofessional and mismanaged staff. Government should immediately stop Covid vaccinations at Relief hospital. No social distancing and Covid protocols were maintained. Booked slot 09:00 to 11:00 A. M. But receptionist said that "11 baje ke baad aaiye tabhi shuru hoga vaccination". Took 3 hours and no que system was followed. Worst hospital.
The good Hospital related to the critical care through experienced doctors. Always available to look any aspect of critical illnesses specialist from Medanta, SGPGI, KGMU etc. The best part of the hospital is: all medical and non medical staf very experienced and polite with patients. 24x7 health service available, clean infrastructure.
