Reliance Trends - Clothing store in Badlapur - Mumbai, India

Not so good collection of cloths but still okay for shoping. 4 wheelers parking is bigest problem. I will recommend to go on 2 wheeler.

The showroom has nice and wide range of collection with value for money range and nice deal. But before entering I have to face many problems like illigal hawker like flower vendor ,fruit vendor, bhelpuri vendors etc if we ask them to give a way to enter the mall then they argive like any thing as if there purchased the road and foot path.unwanted parking area have almost cover the entrance of the trends I had no option to parking and enter the mall for shopping my suggestion strict action should be taken by reliance authority against the hawker and parking so that more people get benefit of store

It's a good destination at Badlapur for shopping.. Don't expect more but its still good to go.. Especially the management is good and supportive. manager Dharmendra is very very helpful and managing his role very effectively. If you are looking for formal wear then this is not the place for you. Comlparatively I will not say that's it's a great place to shopping but still at Badlapur it's a good option. You should visit there while they are running the sales and offers.

They don't bill for 1 product. We spent 30 minutes to search a product which we desire and 30 minutes in billing line. After that counter person informed us that as they can't bill for 1 product. We escalated this to manager but he said that people buy a products worth rs 8000 to 9000 and we can't spend on a customer who buys 1 product. We are running with limited manpower and we can't entertain you. I have never seen such unprofessional attitude of any brand and it's people. So basically don't go to Reliance Trends if you want to buy 1 product as they need minimum 8000/9000 billing. I have blacklisted them from my shopping options.

They should train the staff how to be humble all time while at work. They keep following the customer.

This review is strictly for the badlapur Branch. They have a pathetic customer service. The fight within themselves they straight away tell you to go if they don't want to help you.

Branded clothes available at discounted rates. Store is well maintained. Variety of clothing at reasonable prices. Parking available

Unorganised way of maintaining inventory. People are there who can do, i feel it's either leadership or processes that needs to be re organised. Location is good. Parking is available on chargeable basis. It's a mega organisation but need to make customer more comfortable for shopping experience. Billing person doesn't share offers on items. Right process needs to be made. Best of luck to our Mega organization.
