very bad experience....the employees are fool their customer....not a good collection.....I have an coupon then applied bt the employee said one more item add that is free tshirt & also add a 300 rs frees shopping...after I came home & check the bill price was added....such a very bad experience.....always check the bill on counter....

They are the worst , the manager the workers all are too arrogant and unhelpful to the customers ,lack of billing issues are there.
Today purchased clothes for Rs 8255 , all ACs were off. No one is caring for customers basic facilities. Too much hot condition due to non working of AC. And at the end it took more than 1 hours at billing counter. I will not buy any thing from the reliance trend Chas (Bokaro Dist ). Very bad customer service. No value for money
