I approached the staff to inquire about this discrepancy, only to be met with confusion and an apparent lack of awareness about the promotion. This left me feeling frustrated and misled. I believe that it's essential for businesses to uphold their promises and maintain transparency in their dealings with customers. Not honoring the discount that was clearly advertised is not only disappointing but also reflects poorly on the integrity of the establishment. I hope that Reliance Trends takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their advertising aligns with the actual billing process in the future. This experience has certainly left me with reservations about returning to the establishment, and I hope that others are not similarly let down. Hi, I have purchaeed lot many in the store staff was friendly they helped choosing cloths the reason why i gave 3 star is there was one employee in the counter who was impolite kind of rude not much rude but his words were harsh. Please do treat customers rightly and have patience to explain customers and please dont be in a hurry to proove customers that they were wrong say them in a polite way and about coupons to redeem 500 we need to shop for 1500..

Really the collections are very good, i didt expect much collections but they have good collections. The staff are very helpful in finding certain types. They explain clearly about everything and they will be providing vouchers/coupons everytime you purchase.

I have visited treands in multiple cities in Hyderabad & Karnataka. Kolar Reliance Trends has the best customer server I have ever seen. GOOD Work to the Management and Employees.

Really very very disappointed in trends Kolar,they gave offer and in exchange they cancelled the offer.Its really very very disappointed.I won't recommend such worst store.In staff 70% worst they won't give respect to the customers.They will give respect to the money.Instead of visiting Trends in Kolar please visit some normal retail shops.they will guide you and give you value.

U hiked cost on all cloths and ur doing more profits and made less discount to customers and u hiked coupons purchase cost 1250 to 1500 and for customers discount 500 same . Before we were getting more cash back now
