Reliance Trends - Shopping mall in Dimapur - Dimapur, India

The sales associate are rude they judge behind you . .... When I selected clothes to buy and went to make payment the started speaking in the billing they started judging me that I won't be able to buy the clothes. They even said that this kind people only buy clothes only once in a year .....but i don't say anything because they were girls .... I heard each and every thing I didn't feel good but ignored them.

The level of customer service was outstanding... price was quite reasonable with lots of offer going on... Great collection of mens wear... Friendly n polite staff and ambience was awesome... I had experienced such a great shopping experience at Dimapur for the first time...

Trendy place with good ambience and helpful staffs. Parking available on opposite side of the road. Good place to buy cotton and linen clothes of Indian make, for both women and men. Items are reasonably priced and digital payment possible. Best to carry your own shopping bags. In-house alteration not available. Stones throw from City Tower Junction with lots of good restaurants nearby.

If you only wanna get for yourself then you should visit there.if not then better exit yourself.lots of footwear collection but you will never find the normal shoes size only giant size......and the exchange and return policy suck which they only give one time which they dnt even make awareness regarding this.i bought one for my brother but the size problem which i cnt exchange nor refund so thanks trends for adding another trash to my room.lastly i wish i can write this even without giving one star but consider one star is for staff behaviour

Not much variety for women's collection, less variety according to me. 1st floor is for menswear a d kids which have wider varieties. neat and clean and quiet place. Location is also good, Reliance foot wear is also just next to reliance TRENDS. walkable from CITY TOWER

Parking is Available. This is why better place to shop your apparels.

Collection r petty good, like shoes, cloths jewellery... Prices are reasonable too.... You will also get a voucher for each purchase I guess.... Overall it's a good place to visit I would say.

All the clothes you will get in Reliance Trends are way overpriced. The same jeans and shirt you will easily get on Myntra or other shopping sites with a discount/offer. There are not a lot of options to choose from on most of the items there is no discount/offer. Even they charge a hefty amount for paper bags, even if you go to a small shop bags are given for free. Let's come to the customer service. Sales person are not educated properly they don't even know what "spread collar" is. They don't even understand the fade and no fade is in jeans. The sales person comes to you when you don't even need their assistance and it feels uncomfortable and creates hassle when you want to buy the product.
