Though there was lot of rush in the outlet, the experience was good. Nice arrangements of clothes. As usual same brands like in other cities. Quality is good. Supportive staff. Separate floors for kids, ladies and gents. Parking is bit difficult on peak days.
Ok ok .But sales mans are not helpful and in cash counter for one item they scanned twice and the bill was twice for original amount.And the issue was not settled.customer service also very poor .And also lot of clothes are after one wash it was look like old clothes.very bad experience for me

Shopping experience and people over there are really bad in showing the clothes and services. The manager behavior is also too worst towards the customer. The clothes are not been shown properly and no correct information was given regarding coupons and rewards. The manager Shiva is not at all giving good response towards the customer. The cash counter team is also not guiding properly regarding the billing items. Usage of coupons is also not doen properly. People in the showroom are not even responding properly towards the customer. The experience in the showroom was too worst and need to change the staff and manager at the showroom.
Yah good place for shopping ll categories,but wait a little bit in the" Q " to pay the bill, All UPI payments are accepted here
