I had been gone so many trands showroom but we vist dharapuram branch there I don't know exactly that blue stripes white shirt guy is your staff? Or not ! But his behaviour and activities are not good he is flit with every women and ladies.... If it continues no can vist showroom again so please take action from your branch Thanks you by customer

Had some bad experience with the staff in this store. They initially did not honor the coupon issued and instead found problems with the coupon issued by stating the coupon was not registered. After much justification from my end, they said they cannot provide their denial in writing for not honouring the coupon. They left me without any option but to pay without honoring the coupon. Later after I got ready to pau and take matters differently through legal sources, they honoured the coupon. Bad experience but well managed at the end. Collections are good and the senior staff was a gentleman.

Similar to all other Reliance Trends showrooms around. Affordable pricing, trustworthy, quality clothes for men,women and kids. Discounts are given during any special occasion. Complimentary products like household articles are offered for free, based on the cart or bill value. Discount coupons are provided to customers (both offline and online coupons). Kind and gentle staffs, but need a bit training and little knowledge about the products displayed. 3-4 Trial rooms are available. Unfortunately, clothing alterations are not available at this store. Exclusive parking is not available, but it might not be an issue since it's possible to park road side. Hassle-free billing counter.

Collections were improved a lot in men's section than before..VIMAL , John Players are now on store... In addition to their own Netplay and Network brands... But they they need to improve the billing and delivery speed... It takes 5 mins average to bill a customer... Parking is slightly difficult now days

I have leased my building for their business. They have variety of collections for women.

Good to have trends in thaarai.. good amount collections available when I visited.. but need to have a staff who has more experience for sales

Worst service... Im regular to reliance trends on Pollachi, coimbatore and Bangalore but Worst service in Dharapuram... staffs didn't welcomed us, didn't asked what is our idea of purchase. From selection to bill no one helped. Even cart bag also not provided for keeping selected items at the beginning. Collections also not as expected compared to other branches which I visited earlier.

Today i have bought dress from trends, dharapuram branch, Tiruppur dt for rs, .1500 deducted coupon amount for rs.500. 3 girl frocks to be purchased. Wen I was purchased the store, am I asking clearly the salesman to exchange the dress or not... If he clearly says to exchane is possible. One frock was unable fit for my kid. So I need to came trends shop today itself.The employee said return is possible. But you have to paid the full amount for dis dress. Couple amount will not be permitted for exchange. Wat kind of response is dis. I am not exchange anyother dress. Just replace the size itself. He spoke me again and agian you are bought a dress for coupon.. coupon.. coupon. I am not bought a dress for free from your shop. You only gave me the coupon for service purpose. Wat kind of ur employee attitude. How he spoke like that. It's very disappointed.
