For reliance trends garhwa - Pathetic service . I didn't like the behaviour of the staff, I was with my friends over there and they were treating us like we didn't even say anything and they randomly bumped on us . The staff was rude and was also not doing his work properly . Neither there is a good collection of clothes. A really bad place to visit . Just a waste of time . It is not worth . It is just going to spoil your experience, money and waste your time also , it would be better if you would purchase your item from somewhere else .

Very clean and nice mall but should not buy fruits or vegetables from here

This is newly opened mall. Cleanliness is well maintained. But stock of clothes is limited. I am well disappointed for clothes. But in the case of grocery items, maximum household item, foods, beverages were there but products is placed randomly so it is little bit difficult to search for particular needed items. Staff behavior was also good and seemed like trained professionals. Rest was good.

Customer service of trends is not good. The verbal behaviour of staff is ill-mannered. While speaking to customer they should maintain there language and politeness. So I request reliance to instruct the staff a certain ethics and specially manner while talking to customer.

They are making fool of customers... selling the garments on MRP, same garment can be seen with 60-70 % off on their Online seller..Ajio. This is the first reliance store I have visited that's having such overpriced garments.
