There are a lot of differences between the same store in different locations as close as 3 kilometres.
The one I visited is in Kamothe, I went there for monthly groceries for the first time because of my cousin who had been nagging me all the time about how much he saved when shopping in Reliance Marts but the experience was totally subliminal and very bland as compared to the one in Orion Mall and this one also had no particular savings that my cousin bragged about so this disappointed me after telling him all that he told me to to visit the one in Orion Mall and so I did.
The one my cousin goes to is located inside the panvel Orion mall it had a total different vibe compared to the meh store in Kamothe and felt a bit more well kept n maintained and had many discounts the more you spent there and even free stuff after a certain amount of money spent so the one in Kamothe really not up to Reliance standard.
Worst Reliance fresh ever I saw.

Last time I visited a week ago to buy banana chips they told it is out of stock.
Today I went to buy pasta that is alao out of stock.
Dont know why they open the shop.
Rather than its better to close.

All grocery items, vegetables, dairy items are available.
For vegetables sometimes rates are cheaper than the market sometimes more than the market. There are offers on every Wednesday.
I had visited this store multiple times. I had requested to use washroom 2-3 times and they allowed. So overall good experience while billing also.
There is enough parking space on road side.
I mostly visited in morning time so no rush.
Staff is good and polite.
Reliance Fresh is a very Big departmental store in Kamothe. It's one of the best stores in Sector 22. Some of the items are not available in this store like snakes and namkin. Some chocolates are also not available. Also most of the items which are available in DMart. Store Managers need to think about it so that every customer will get what they want to buy. I went multiple times but most of the time I didn't buy anything and came back without doing any shopping. If you want to go to Reliance Fresh think twice before going there otherwise you get disappointed ... So best of luck...

Very bad experience in Relience
My bill was around 1400 so due to network issues I was not able to pay so my husband paid by Gpay and I show the screen shot of payment but the entire staff was not agreed and asking to repayment of same amout and forcing me drop the products at mart only,
