Worst behaviour by the security. We visited Mysore as tourists. On the way back, we wanted to shop for some items in Reliance but we couldn't get what we wanted. As we didn't purchase anything, the security started abusing in Kannada.. and when asked to speak in Hindi or English, he started saying we should speak in Kannada only! Mysore is known for its tourism, and this is not expected!!! Really shocking and poor behaviour by Reliance staff.
On 18th October 2023 I purchase some of the products from Reliance supermarket that is two kind of Mayo one sweet corn of 1kg dark chocolate and mamaearth vitamin c face wash... I couldn't carry the carry bag so I just had all my items in my in my tote bag itself . The very next day that is 19th October 2023 I visited Reliance again... The last day itself I had removed all the items except mayonnaise... Coz it was a small pack it remained in my tote bag itself . I carried the same bage on 19 )10)2023 And I got some Nacho chips a cup noodles and a water bottle after the billing I was leaving the super market the person at the first floor entrence who checks the bill just asked us to show the items ... And he treated me like as if I'm stealing somthing from the store this was so humiliating for me I . He even told me to open my bag nd he told me to show each nd everything !!! That employee illtreated me !!! The service is so poor !!!! I was never treated like this before in my entire life !!! Reliance has illmannered employees for real !!! Worst experience in my entire life !! They don't have humanity!!!
The service and support at 'trends' in the super store is pathetic and wish not to come back. The staffs are very arrogant and do not promote sales instead curb customer just to close the store. Also when we went for exchange of merchandise, it was a nightmare and took more than 1 hr for exchange and though we were ready for paying more for a better merchandise the staff did not allow which resulted in loss of additional business. I do not recommend this trends store instead pl go to trends in Mall of Mysore who give suuper service
