Reliance SMART Superstore - Hypermarket in Balangir - Balangir, India

Its not sorted properly like other branches of reliance smart... Its so clumsy & confusing.. there multiple sections for the same particular product... Not satisfied..

Very nasty and staff no humanity not a minimum curtsey today I gone to purchase some items suddenly my BP low and i kept medicine in my hand and ask staff please give me some water for take medicine bcz my BP low I can't move and take water but no one responded this the status of reliance smart in Bolangir

Very disappointed,m a regular customer since 2 yr,but facility for customer is nilly,all places fully packed with things only,lift is also blocked so bringing things from upstairs is very much difficult,no contact details of manager also ,for management I l give 0/10

I would say it's the biggest mall of Balangir when it comes to grocery stores. They have all kinds of grocery and household items you'll ever need. They don't have much options on some products but it's okay. Price is a bit higher from other stores. But the best thing it offers is hassle-free shopping. You can pick what you want, you don't have to ask anyone. It's a good place to shop. It was a Nice experience.

It is in an excellent location. Maximum of product range is not available. Staff not supportive. Management is not good. Often products have a different price than what is displayed in the racks. Products are not arranged carefully. Staff have a rude behaviour towards customers. Shortage of staff results in long waiting lines in the billing counter .

The behaviour of the staff was not at all good. The items displayed on rack was not properly price which create confusion. Groceries items are also available on other store, if you won't get good behaviour there, why going there to purchase items.

An employee was a lil rude and irritated towards me in the payment counter, so thats why I am giving it 3 stars.... Everything else is good....

The Staff needs to be trained and the store Manager even more. They do not act like professionals. Frankly I found the "Thela wala" are more organised and polite than these store and staff. They made it a sabji bazaar. There is no rule at billing counter. Everyone is breaking the rules and not following the que and the staff are allowing it. Strange !!
