I had visited this smart point for electronics but had a very bad impression. They have less mobile and laptops showcased on the store. When I asked for a dummy mobile the staff literally stated if you are buying a phone then I am ready to show the dummy piece and otherwise they are not ready to sell and which is basically a poor customer service and the staff are not trained properly and I would prefer not to enter the smart point again in my life . Best place in town for groceries purchase with very heavy discounted prices.....must visit place for housewife for their monthly groceries requirements..very nice display ....of food items...ready to eat .....and groceries.....Lovely ambience.....perfect location....easy accessible ...on the parking floor...Convenient car parking.

Worst shopping experience ever. Thousands of employees but no one bothers to attend you or even explain things properly. Billing process takes ages to get through. A lot of improvements needs to be done in the management. The brand image gets tarnished due to such horrible shopping experience at Reliance. Please improvise or other players will eat up your market. No amount of discounts will save your customers if the service is terrible
Reliance smart don't need any review it was perfect place for shopping but the parking is costly there they can provide service like BIG BAZAR which give free parking over bill of 500Rs
