These guys moved into Grand mall in the centre of town which gives them more space than ever. These guys have the best products. They got best offers, discounts which seems like they are the good guys but trust me they are not. They got chocolates from abroad, sweet and standard products. They have everything basically.

Experience was great.A very controlled environment due to the situation of pandemic. Still it's nice to see how they are taking care the customers. 20 customers are only allowed at a time.

Worst experience ever! I bought a shirt as a gift for my brother from their clothes section. I had already asked them that if it wasn't a perfect fit, I will need an exchange, and they agreed. Today, I took it back to them. I missed the bill, and they refused to exchange it despite noting the phone number during checkout and even on seeing that the clothes were in perfect condition with the price tag attached. Even though I was very politely asking them everything, the staff was very rude and adamant, and wasn't even talking properly to me. He was very arrogant. Didn't expect such an unprofessional behaviour from a place as reputed as this!

It's a very good place to shop with. All consumables under a roof. And quite cheap too. Quality also good. But they should ensure the billing section shall be a little more faster and more staff should be there during peak hours. Now even while it's a crowdy day, many of the billing desks are vacant.

One of its kind super market in town. I noticed they are consistently providing some kind of product which is not available in other supermarkets. 4-star rated only because of the many product sections that always seem messy and cluttered. Also, staff are not fully aware of many sections and mostly no one is available to assist even during peak times. Too difficult to find which has to be organized with additional racks. One shall be able to get a fine collection of almost all the basic commodities and something beyond that. Parking facility is another plus point. But the disappointing part is regarding the Staff service and their behaviour. I think they need to be well trained about the Hospitality manners and it's importance.
