One of the best shopping places to get all the necessary items in Bangalore South.

This store unfortunately gets the JioMart orders for surrounding areas. Staff here are just careless about delivering orders and delivery executives don't bother to call customer if they dont know the address. They just cancel the orders themselves and this process repeats every time. Nobody cares to follow up with delivery executives when they bring back the entire shipment without delivery.
When escalated, they'll call customers and assure the delivery, but they fail again. I had calls with two staff members who promised delivery both before and after placing the order. Still they missed the delivery and cancelled the order.
This store is here to spoil the reputation of JioMart. Reliance should re think their delivery model and distribute responsibilities to local Smart Points rather than such central larger stores.

Had been here today. Not all options available, but kind super market with clothes, groceries, shoes, and other stuff available. Cinema on the last floor make it a wholesome experience. Located at the corner of Shani temple, chikkalasandra, it is easy to access.
Worst staff.... Shopped for 3500... staff suspected and checked my handbag.... When questioned they replied carelessly saying tat sensors are not working.... Concerned seniors look into it otherwise u will lose regular visitors
