Reliance smart chandrayangutta, is worst services after display on buy1 & get 1 free discount tag and during cash counter hardly getting 10 rs off on MRP. AND AFTER SHOWING TO SENIOR STAFF THEY are removing tag from display and saying sorry. Its very clear they are making fool to customber.

Difference in prices at cash counter and tags provided at the time of pick up the Product and they denying at the time of when you replacement the product.Staff talk very miss behaviour. I m regular Customer for any puchase item from here, now onwards i not purchase item from here and we will update to my more friends regarding Price tag,staff behaviour.

Prices are lesser than market specially groceries you will get good deals. Billing counters are narrow and conjusted. Peaks will be tough to manage. Plan weekdays and early mornings when you have no rush

In the Mart, few mandatory actions to be taken care of, because minimum responsibility was not there for employees/ staff, when we the customers ask them a question/doubts, and parking space was not sufficient and which is present now is also not clean which was so ugly, whole Street is Messy and inside the store price tags were not placed, even if placed for some, those are being old one, there are many cash counters, but few of them will only work, and not mentioned clearly which is like only cash, only card payment, only online payment, because they'll scan our products and while billing or payment, will inform us to move to another counter, and one main thing is, even the cashier/ employee at counter is free, they'll not take us for billing, will send to move to last counter/ some other, if we go there, then they might take or not, some times counter will be shown closed. And whole Mart is Messy messy, not maintained correctly, and If we go for last near cosmatics side, whole space was occupied by home delivery trolleys, even we will not have space to move our trolly somes Times no space for customers also.

Price are better than other wholesaler but we need to check before buying.

One of the cleark "Tharun" is very rude to customers, at the time of billing he was like, nenu kotta bill, counter close cheshanu, and the time was 3:55 p.m. instead he was preparing other customers bill, when i went to him, he clearly refused to bill my groceries.

Auto's blocking parking entrance. Parking cellar is still not operational since 2 years. Basic 5S is not there on shop floor. Counter's are very poorly arranged. People are not following any line, causing delay in billing counters. Sodexo is not available at counters.
