Half of the billing counters are always shut. Today inspite of being a festive day the store wasn't ready to serve the people. Had to leave the cart and come as the staff even the assist store manager was least bothered in serving the customer and was rude when questioned.

Place is very nice. Vegetables and milk is fresh always. Alternate day I visit this place. The annoying thing is some of their staff.very arrogant. Today I bought milk and veggies, gave 500 rs note to cashier....60570145.lady. she didn't speak properly. used tapori chaap language. Please told you staff to speak properly to your customers.we didn't carry exact cash always. You have to give change.... Why speaking like tapori?...
Ample space with variety of products, But many products shown on their online shopping site are not available offline. They seal your bag at the entrance but if you forgot to take out your cash/card and carry bag they don't cut the seal tag at the payment counter. You have to go to the exit door only to cut it out n come back to payment counter. This is very annoying for you as well as for people waiting in queue.
Online Purchase Experience is Horrible After Full Payment I have wait for 2-3 Days & they Automatically Cancelled My Order and when I call- Customer care representative they Don't Care about customers No One Accept they Fault even we have to Wait 7 days for Refund the Money, I will Never ever Recommend to Anyone to Buy something from Reliance Online Grocery app, There are So Many apps witch will Give you Same day Delivery as well as Good Prices, Reliance is Chiter & Fraud Company
Its very Bad experience. Mr. Tejas who introduced as incharge of Showroom was showed by rotten fruits & vegies kept in cart for sale. I photographed and told that will send to publish in media. These types fruits & veggies are for sale at RELIANCE SMART. myself with this store since inception, & haven't seen this type of mis-management. Extremely REGRETTED.
