Today in reliance smart nexus mall I had a lot of bad and bad experiences. The management of the store has recruited such rude and mannerless staff. Today 20.09.2023 at around 5:20 pm there was a lady at the baggage counter and the guard who was sitting at the exit gate behaved with me in a disrespectful manner. Actually I bought a shirt yesterday and today I had to get it exchanged..my product was not exchanged...and despite having my bill, while coming out from the exit the lady and the guard again tried to harass me. When I told him to go to the exit, the guard started abusing me and threatened to beat me. Such staff and such management should be drowned in shame. I am also the Assistant Store Manager of a store in the mall but our staff is a thousand times better than theirs.

They had a good collection of clothes and multiple brands. The sizes were a bit different than the usual Indian brands though. Hardly any sales were available and the discount scheme is a bit difficult to follow. The store can do with a better variety and greater option of price range.
