Reliance SMART Superstore - Hypermarket in Proddatur - Y.s.r., India

It was a huge mart and everything is available like metropolitan cities. Hospitality management was so good. Covid precautions were strictly taken and everything was maintained at peaks.

Worst store, they displays one rate and you will be billed another rate at the billing counters. There are so many managers in the stores and no one cares. Few cashier girls has so much attitude, they just throw the items in the cart after billing. Eagerly wait for dmart to open.

It's hectic to wait for so long in early morning!! Morning time we have to leave to work and here they open only 2 counters for billing, soo hectic and time waste !! It feels like we are waiting for a free distribution.

Here 12 counters working only 4 ,too late processing ,only one counter receiving card they are asking cash payment

I went on Sunday, full of rush. That tooo at that time only rain started. Coming to groceries, all are high prices only there is only less discount. In DMART the prices are very less. More offers No competition for these, I hope DMART should be built in the proddatur. Then most of the people will go.

Ok good. But no good branded clothes like Uspolo1 arrow Levi's Pepe jeans.

Attractive discounts. But sometimes you get scammed. You would have seen the price lower on shelf and they would charge more at billing. You won't find as you buy in bulk. But if you found the scam, they will say they are changing labels and that price you saw was old price. If you don't find, you never know you were scammed. Check every item in your bill after purchasing to ensure it is priced. Correctly. It happened thrice to me. I even wrote feedback in their complaint book. But no improvement.
