Little far from Kanchipuram bus stand. Mostly all house hold products and provisional things available. Not all brands options are available. Cashew Badam Dry grapes are available in offers
Never ever go to this Reliance super market, they will show offer in display and bill it on higher cost. I experienced several times and stopped buying from them
Poor customer service. Poor management. Most staff are least bothered about customers. The answer to every query is 'i don't know' whereas the truth is that they don't care. The situation has worsened after a few months of opening. No one to help bagging the products, even wholesale grocery items like rice. Customers have to keep the stuff on the table for billing, find bags if not available. In such a big store people buy so many things and it takes hours for billing because there is no help. Supervisor is more intent on frisking customers' bags and checking the bill rather than helping out the customer. I could go on about the worst service. On the other hand the store is a wonder. It has everything under one roof. Discounts for many products and everything is affordable. Spacious car parking available. If this store doesn't change its management policy and customer service, it a terrible waste.
Parking is a nightmare. Customers don't want to park at designated parking spots right next to store, however they park right in front and literally a nightmare for individuals and getting in and out from parking spot. Not even a single employee condemns this and ask the customers to park in parking spot.

The lady who stood outside checked my pocket judging my appearance. If she was checking everyone it wouldn't have made me feel bad but she checked me only, looking at my appearance. This is the worst thing ever happened in my life because I have been purchasing there last one year a minimum of 4000 - 5000 a month. This is just not kind.
