Reliance SMART Superstore - Hypermarket in Dakshin Parangarpar - default, India

Very poor customer service. Manager is very misbehaving does not know how to talk to customers. Worst experience ever. Even after requesting so much the manager was very rude. There were a lot of staff and it was not very crowded they still didn't help with anything. The management is so poor, the manager is just not the right person for the store.

The worst experience i can have while buying groceries, i have aside all the groceries around Rs6000-Rs7000 spended approx 2 hours, the cash counter person and the manager are not at all copertive, morover instead of the free items i.e. sugar they forces us to take navratan oil small bottle. At last i had to leave all the groceries and buy them from Vakil prasad shop. The customer are not well treated in reliance smart superstore. I would advice to move to other local stores instead of wasting your valuable time, i would rather rate it to minus after today's experience

*Reliance Smart Jaigaon* one of the worst branches of Reliance Industries. Customer service is very worst and the current trend in reliance smart or we can say FRAUD'S MART is that if a customer is paying through his/her debit card and amt gets deducted and successfully transferred to their business account but in their billing counter it shows failed and for the refund of that amt the customer have to give his bank account details , debit card details, account statement and all. As per RBI guidelines we can't share these details to any person or organisation but they Reliance Smart Jaigaon want these details for refund process or they will directly say *U will not get the money back* this his how they do fraud with people and pay their staffs salary... Manager also gets paid by this scheme Who ever has given their bank account details to them kindly keep monitoring ur account or else u may suffer a huge loss

I had very bad experience products are not well displayed or managed all those products are not available which they are advertising for lower price . Things are more expensive than Kirana store so I better prefer to go kirana store than reliance mart .

I had a terrible customer service experience at a store today. The person at the bill counter didn't even bother to put my items in the bag, and there was no one around to offer assistance. On top of that, the staff had a terrible attitude and pressured me to buy paid bags. After I paid for my items, I was left to put everything in the bags by myself, even though there were staff members who could have helped. Overall, it was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Disappointed on first shopping Today i went for shopping in reliance smart Which everyone knows a brand but I'm disappointed by reliance in (jaigaon) Unhappy with the service You can see a picture of my bill Which i mark on blue pen,there it's mention Lotte chocopie cost 93.34 each.. Which i took 3,as it's mention buy 2 get 1 free but they charge me for 3 (93.34 *3=280) I'm very disappointed Never expected such service from reliance Never come back .....

Worst experience. I went to buy green tea which I bought two but they put only 1 and also I put TicTac of Rs 14 which they charged but did not put in my shopping bag. Careless people and oversmart employees with attitude of Prime minister . If there was minus rating I would have given that

Good place to shop.. But be careful of the marketing strategy .. Expensive items are kept in front.. Also buy one get one - the price will be included for 2 in one item..
