Nice exterior and interior. Prices of products are low. Cloths are also available at affordable rate. But very less variety and sizes available in cloths. Branded items are at discounted rate but other item with same packing displayed prominently of racks. My experience in stores was not good lift in store was not working. Heavy load you have carry on stairs as stores have multiple floors. There is offers displayed as you can get one get sugar at 9 rupees over purchase of Rs. 1499 worth good but computer operator denied this offer after lot of waste of time I could get that offer.
Good spacious superstore but it is not stocked properly, one cannot find the product easily and some basic stuff was not available, also very less variety of product available expected to have variety of package food and product. Hope it will improve in future.
Offer's shown were different and offered prices were different while bill payment, staff is not polite,not humble and helpfull as other metro marts..will not take the name of other competitors of city who are doing well ..no proper prices were listed on product category placed on racks...even the helping staff was confused about prices and offers about the fashion and fmcg category products Hope reliance will do better..and provide more exiting offers

It has really good offers and has some variety in some departments, whereas in other departments there is not even one product. Please do not go in thinking you can get everything you need in the store, you cannot. It is not at par with other Reliance stores I've been to.
