Reliance Mart is very good but in some cases management of staff is not proper to provide good service to customers , 1.Rates are Reasonable on groceries, vegetables section & daily needs. 2.less cash counter. 3.Proper price tag for desired item is/was not there on shelfs.

No improvement ever after 6 months....AC doesn't work....The foodstuff section was boiling hot.....even consumables like butter, cheese etc had started melting....Staff service quality is absolutely at the lowest level.....no proper handling of customer....The place is pathetic.....staff are not at all trained in customer service and handling.... the items are also not properly labelled and displayed.... after standing in the counter for 45 minutes... the girl at the counter says they don't accept cash at that particular counter....no proper staff or signages to guide customers.....DMart is anyday thousand times better

Pros - Variety of stuff - Reasonably Priced - One stop solution for toys, groceries, veggies, clothing etc.. - Ample free parking space - KFC, Pizza shop, Lenskart in adjacent Cons - Waiting period for billing - Even to bill a couple of items I had to wait in the queue for almost 20 minutes. - Employees should be trained properly to handle the customers

It is good to shop there but don't get much offer

I am regular visitor to this place. Unfortunately AC in store is not working last three months. It is very difficult to stay even 10 minutes inside the store. It was told no of times to store manager but if no use. Some items kept even after expiry date. Buyers be careful.
