Reliance SMART Superstore - Hypermarket in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

This store is near Bhubaneswar Railway station. They have groceries, vegetables and other food items. They have bakery and you can find milk bread, fruit bread , brown bread. And you can find other baked items there. There is food court on the top floor.

I have purchased 4 teacup Rs59/ per piece out of which one is damaged. Then I returned next day for exchange but the staff behavior with me then tell me not to exchange .then he told me we can't do that .so that in future I and my family will not purchase from realince store .u do some thing or I will go to consumer court .

Reliance being such a great brand but no AC in here!!!! There is so so much crowd over here and the staff here are not switching on the AC... We buy so much stuff from here pay so much money but why the hell the AC is not working. There is so so so so much suffocation inside. Don't know what these Reliance Smart Superstore Master canteen management are doing. This is totally not acceptable from Reliance!!!! I don't even want to give 1star to these store seriously!!!!! The management team here are sitting in an AC room and they say that AC will come in 5days!!! Since last few months they have been saying the same thing.... It felt that these people don't even care... People just come and complain but this Reliance team dont even bother to listen

Am a regular customer of reliance..the groceries here are less than MRP and possibly every item is available here. 1st floor has reliance digital and every electronic items are available here in a good price with extended reliance warranty. 3rd floor contains food court and I think it's very underrated..it has some awesome chole bhature and pav bhaji available..it also serves lunch and dinner menus at affordable prices. Ample parking space is also available. 5stars from my side.

The top floor is of Food Court, Which is pretty good for hang out but it seems like the whole food court is owned by single head and it's only divided into categories. So,they need to improve the food quality and provide value for money to the customers.

This mall is very near to Bhubaneswar Main Railway station. With sufficient parking places for two wheelers and Four Wheelers. Best for Stationary items & Groceries. Digital mart is also on 1st floor. And Food Court is on 2nd floor. *Note: Trendz/Garments, Jewelry, Fashion Accessorizes are not available here. Yes u can avail best offers with good products throughout the year. Cash, Card, Digital payments accepted here.

Well like Digital, Mart also needed quick billing system , and try to open every bill counter so that people won't have to wait for 20-30 minutes in a single counter
