Reliance Smart Superstore - Shopping mall in Kishangarh - Ajmer, India

Good Superstore spread over three floors with basic amenities like lift. Not a very big one but most probably biggest in Kishangarh. Managed fine, the billing counters are bit slow probably because the things are new for them. Prices are competitive.

It's a good place for shopping for daily products, groceries and now they recently added clothing, although the lift doesn't work sometimes or would make a lot of noise.

Quality is good on goods item . On other hand the quality of clothes are good but price is not good as DMart

Good place for shopping grocery items. Now the building has gotten bigger, we can buy clothes also.

Everything this is good but the management is very poor and staff is careless. Very less Billings counters so it takes so much time to get billing.

Average market store, could be better if management and marketing would improve

Needs a lot of improvement . do they have any manager for this store?? broken trolleys , poorely trained young kids as staff , mismanaged shelves , loud and ever talkative staffs mostly busy talking among themselves. Mark down items very badly managed and not reasonably discounted. one good value added service worth mentioning is when they help you pack your items in loose cardboard boxes , a good gesture.

Worst staff and the manager yells at staff like he's in fish market in front of customers, very bad experience doesn't even deserve a single star
