The reliance fresh store is an average good place for buying groceries in Kothamangalam compared with other grocery stores. However they need a lot improvements for their in-shop facilities. Now it is a little worse than before. The products are now much less than before. Also the space inside the store is very limited, and allso parking is very less. If all these things are improved, this will be a good shopping center in Kothamangalam.
Parking at Reliance supermarket is consistently challenging. Inside, the space is limited, creating a congested feel, and there are only a few payment counters, resulting in waiting periods.
This supermarket has seen a noticeable decline in quality over the years. Once known for its excellent products, it now offers only average options. The lack of fresh vegetables and poor introduction of new items is disappointing. Improvement is needed to regain its former reputation.

This is a retail outlet of Reliance Fresh group of retail shops. This is situated by the side of Aluva - Munnar road at Kothamangalam opposite to the Police Station. It is a big shop having stock of provisions, vegetables, bakery items, fruits etc.etc. The shop is open from 09.00 am to 09.00 pm on all 7 days of the week. Service here is very good.Recently some renovation work has been carried out and the shop has become more convenient to shop. With the renovation having completed, it has become spacious. Customer service is good. With the Onam Festival in Kerala being celebrated on 28th and 29th of August 2023, more stocks have arrived and it has become a better shopping place.

Parking is a problem always. Super market is ok. But not all items available here unlike other supermarkets in the town.
