Well maintained but the only problem is most of the time only 1 payment counter is working because of which alot of time is consumed. If that is fixed then it's great.

I have very bad experience from this smart point I purchased 6 eggs packet from this store first week November 2022. When I opened that it's only 4 eggs inside eggs completely greenish coloured liquid sophisticated smell I vomit. Now I moving in front of that reliance smart point I feel vomit again and again I complaint about this issue Mr Chouhan (store manager) answers me that's customer duty to check the eggs packet. See please beware No Way General public.
So not the Reliance smart point, Unsmart point. The staff is so dumb that it lacks management skills at billing counter. One billing counter for only cash payment, which was free yet was asked to stand in counter 2 which had long queue because I was doing cashless payment,infact even that counter was too slowly working....and it's always slow. why ?. Shop if you have enough time to waste or shop when there is no one.
This store lacks all the things which are essential for an store. First, the cleanliness. You may found flies always over the vegetables and fruits as this store have dumped vegetables coming from other stores. The water dropping from the roof directly into the loose rice/ dals. Second, you may Never found a milk /bread if you visit after a noon. Third, some items may remain unavailable for most of the time. Fourth, Staff looks to be unresponsive. But one good thing, store has medicine corner.
I went to this store today for multigrain bread and veggies which I didn't buyed as the vegetables were not at all fresh and the staff working here seems at least bothered to answer customers queries and not a single smile in any of the staff I have seen. After making a payment the cashier doesn't have the decency to at least ask the customer if you need a bag, no she didn't ask me and my stuff I carried in hand and put in my gym bag which I kept outside in the locker..Bad experience 1st and the last visit here..would not recommend to anyone
