Smart point closing time is 11pm on google and now the time is 21.39 i stand here from the last 5min that staff send back 10 to 15 guests in that time.That's why you are facing the problem. Guests are god for our industry. But i think you don't want it. For the solution keep local staff for closing and keep the cash counter open teel atlist 22.00.thank you

Compare to other smart store this store is small so they don't have space for goods & for customers also. At the time 25-30 people enter feel very crowded.

Quality of fruits and veggies not good. All are looking stale. Some time items are stock out.

Discount is reduced so crowd depleted. Still Veraties available so crowd is there.

Overall experience is good as usual.Just most of items are not placed very well on the compartments.Checkout staff is so slow and also they didn't checked my Cadbury which was on the checkout table so i got a free treat from relience mall.
