Reliance smart point - Grocery store in Chavakkad - Thrissur, India

Very poor customer service. The billing counter is pathetic and the staff is totally untrained and arrogant(One or two of them are good other all are really bad).Staffs are acting like government servants.Don't bother about customer. Security will be sitting always,won't open door for customer coming with trolley. Payment area is deserted and only few staff available.The way they act as such they are working with out payment. I have visited number of times but there is no change . No supervisor around to complaint. Never expected such a bad atmosphere, I have given 4 star earlier, now reducing it to 1 star

Not a great one, but ok for Chavakkad. Less supervision and attending the customer. There are a lot of staff. But, mostly they club together and chat. Have to search for a staff if we need any support. The same thing for billing also. The most difficult part is moving the trolley in and out. Wonder who design the entry - exit floor!

They have alot offers prices but they have nothing to meet the customer needs. When i went there i couldn't find the product i want. And also staff doesn't care about the product availability and customers. Personally i don't reccommend this supermarket.

Worst customer service. Waited so long near the cash counter. Do not recommend this place anymore

Exactly located heart point of chavakkad, we will get items with good price, mostly all items have 5% discount on Mrp , and buy 1 get 1 or 2 offers are there For me its great shopping experience, i hope for you tooo...

Better price and branded product then neighbour retail shop who try to push their product or less known brands. Most product are sold discounted to MRP and reward points can be accumulated across reliance stores

Irresponsible staff ...after the purchase I need to pay the bills but nobody in the cash counter.one of the staff call colleagues to cash counter unfortunately nobody interested to work in the counter. am wait sometime and l leave from the shop... good bye smart point chavakkad
