RELIANCE SMART POINT - Shopping mall in Neamatpur - Paschim Bardhaman, India

I was deeply upset by a real incident I witnessed at a smart point store. There was an uncle and his wife at the counter, completing their billing. The security guard at the gate was responsible for checking the items and verifying if the bill was paid before opening the gate for the customers. However, unexpectedly, the uncle insisted that it was the security guard's duty to put all the items from the table into the bag after payment. The guard politely explained that it wasn't his responsibility, but the uncle's behavior was extremely rude. He angrily exclaimed that he wouldn't put the things in his bag and shouted disrespectfully. I couldn't understand why some people think they are superior and fail to show respect for other job roles. They try to belittle others, but I believe this kind of thinking is wrong. I felt very saddened by the way the uncle behaved and shouted at the guard, who remained polite throughout the encounter.

It's okay only.....not very cheap... some things are cheap from market but not all...

Different varieties of consumables are available. Well behaved staff with polite behaviour.

Calm place rates are nominal... Staffs were cooperative
