Reliance SMART Bazaar - Hypermarket in Ramanathapuram - Ramanathapuram, India

It's worst of it kind had pathetic experience as a customer. They don't even support basic packing. What if a customer buys a lot and been said they don't do packing. It's better to switch or find other place where they do requirement need for customer for the shopping they do. We camt carry all goods we purchase there. I don't find zero or negative stars. Else I would have rated it. Beware they don't even know how and what to do for customers on this business.

This is the same as a low quality shop, whatever you buy there is no bag, no one to put the package, you have to carry it in a cardboard box and bring it yourself, but we ask for rope, they don't even have that rope, nothing, then it's called smart bazaar

Ok, but not good over all and particularly for grocery bze they have an only bulk products. other than we can buy few items with good deal... They don't have proper queue for billing counter. It's need to be organized bze here most people not follow queue so they have to fix it

Cashier's don't respect customers who are following the queue. They just priority's their relative or friends. It seems they are not well trained.

I have visiting last one year and had good experiences... Best place to get all in one

It's better to avoid buying electrical and electronics items here... It's getting issues... It's more than a month since my smart tv LED screen gone black... Both sales and service center team is making it very slowly for replacement of new TV... They won't worry about the customers.. Note : Though I have warranty n bill but still now I didn't get my replacement product back.. Request everyone don't ever buy any electronics items in smart Bazaar cos customer care service is very worst...

It is basically reliance mart with all your grocery needs and some... Location is good and accessible... Ample parking available.... Prices are also competitive... Overall recommended..
