The mall is a good choice for middle class families.A wide range of products like grocery,apparels,sports, electronics & electrical gadgets,stationery etc. are available at a very reasonable price range.Products are displayed beautifully and sensibly. Number of Trial rooms are available. Salesperson are very nice and helpful. Apart from stairs customers have the choice to use Escalators to go to the top floors. Multiple options for payment on the billing counter are available. Parking is available on ground floor. Nice place for one stop shopping.

Big Bazaar turned Reliance Smart Bazar is a hypermarket by Reliance Retail. The place has almost every item you can need in a house like eatables, clothing, home items and many others. Your daily requirement is easily fulfilled at one place.

Great place for everything, from women's to men's clothing, from appliances to food itself. It's all great!! And they are well stocked up on all the goods. And they also got a new section of food and fruits. And the clothes are just awesome.

This is the all rounder mall here in Guwahati City. From clothing, footwear, food, groceries to stationery items, gifts and what not. You will get everything under one roof. The collection of clothes is awesome. The mall is easy to locate. Parking available inside for both 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler. Wheelchair accessible stairs available which is a good thing. Go have a nice time there.

Being a replacement of big bazar, it does the job of a supermarket. One can find almost everything for household needs under one roof and though it's a hassle to find one specific items, sales stuff come in handy in such situations.

When Smart Bazaar was Big Bazaar, Everything was well maintained. But as Reliance took over Big Bazaar, everything got ruined. Floors were broken, some stuff were not organised and the staff was quite random. The parking lot was not even cleaned a bit. There was little to no AC and most of the areas were not even finished even after a year. It's an ok choice for the middle-class families but for some people it's disgusting and boring.
