The items are well stocked. However what is a big let down is the customer service. The staff are poorly trained, show too much attitude and are not customer centric. Recently we made a bulk purchase of items close to Rs 8000/-. The billing time was atrocious and very slow. And there is no lift access to the basement. The security staff expects us to just carry all these items by hand via the ramp to parking. Which of course is extremely dangerous for the customers. They don't even allow the cart to be taken to the car. When I made a issue and raised my voice, they made me park my car close to the shop exit on the parking ramp to load the things. To summarise, getting a couple of items is not a big deal unless you want to kill time with the billing delay. But it's best to avoid this place for bulk or monthly purchases until they change their policies.
Not good. Vegetables were the worst..Gives a feeling about north type groceries. They are pushing north Indian stuff than south India. Pothy's is the best for groceries and other stuff. Or any local bazaar like Vijayaganapthy.

The checkout counters at the exit are long waits to pay because here despite the scanning, the cashier is obliged to scan each item and check the price before validating the price, hence long waits at each payment counter.

This is very good place for buying all items. BUT THE BILLING PERSONS ARE VERY SLOW AND WORST IN THE WORLD. AFTER TAKING ITEMS, MANY TIMES WE RETURNED BACK BECOZ OF THE VERY SLOW BILLING. If they rectify this mistake THIS PLACE CAN DO BUSINESS MORE THAN POTHYS PONDICHERRY.

After take over by new R Ltd the customer support has became worst to the scale of 0/10. Running only one out of 14 billing counters. Waiting time for billing is 30 minutes. Giving flashy offers but billing exactly opposite to what has been displayed. Please sort out this disaster
