Five star for the variety of products available like groceries, plastic products like boxes and chairs, electronics like iron and washing machine under one roof. They also have a ramp where you can slide up your grocery cart which was a nice touch! Customer service is a bit poor due to: - Some parts of the store not accepting card. Even one that did accept card first the pos system was down and then an international card didn't work. In contrast this was a non issue at the Dmart near the airport. - Was politely asked to not take pictures that I intended to put up as part of the review. I wouldn't deduct points for this but no restroom just FYI.

Wide range of products available.Many discounts and offers are available all time. Collections are good.Billing takes quite longer time.Well organized display. Ventilation, Lighting, Air-conditioning OK. Hygienic atmosphere maintained. Some of grocery items on sales promotion/ offers are really sold on very competitive prices. Most of the working staff knowledgeable, very cooperative.parking is the only hassle here.

Bit costlier than other shop.. They had limited dress collections but price is high..

I give that 0 star because today I visit the shop kalavasal madurai buy a 3 dress. Only tha price 299 for the floor I billing after chahe tha price I each dress for different price 397,497,597 y this guys do that i ask tha mange he said I don't know mam tmrw I will change that price.... I really don't understand manager have not responsibility this issue I don't know . After u put correct price....... Manager said It's customer mistake.... Really I despondent for this issue... One place to buy all. Carry your own bag. They charge Rupees 22/- for a very thin cloth bag which is not worth the price. No parking space outside. If you are lucky you can get a parking spot for a two wheeler in front of the supermarket.

Bad experience in Reliance Smart Mart in Kalavasal, Madurai. The person at the counter who weighs the loose product was very rude and unfriendly to the customer. Very bad experience.
