Very poor service. There is no contact number to check availability of a product. The customer service guy has no way to check the store either. This is the status of Reliance managed store and they claim they are smart and they run a telecom business.
Recently visited the Reliance Smart store and found it to be quite average. While the store had some essential items, I was disappointed by the lack of product variety. Additionally, I noticed that the prices were higher compared to other stores in the area. This made it less budget-friendly for everyday shopping. However, the store was well-organized, and the staff members were polite and helpful. If you're in urgent need of a few items, Reliance Smart can suffice, but for a wider selection and better prices, exploring other stores might be more beneficial.
This Reliance Fresh super market is located on the Civil lanes main road only, bang opposite to the St Mary's church. Located on the ground floor of the main building. Like any typical Reliance Fresh , this one also is pretty huge with all possible items available. Crowd isn't much in here. Parking space is available in front of the building.
Ayyanthole is rising !!! Good news for the people around here .. great coustomer service , great work by the supervisor . Well need to add the meat section also !!
They don't accept card payment many times stating fake excuses. They have around 4 payment terminals and still they don't accept it. Also we have to double check the prices and offers before billing. The prices mentioned over the product (in case of fruits and vegetables) and once billed may change and they state that the price mentioned was of yesterday and today the price have changed. Also the date of expiry should be carefully checked.
A departmental Store with all your needs, but if you are to buy a to z for your home needs, then definitely you will miss one or two items there. Fruit items are really cheap if you select wisely. If you are choosy, then can earn more on bills. Snacks collection is is a little bit more now.
I have bought 3 bottle 200ml zeto coke. But one bottle left at billing tray.... I can collect it tomorrow morning It is an excellent store very friendly staff. I have a small suggestion that..plz keep more AASERVAT Ready cook Chappati... morning when unloading immediately after an HR or two it consumes by customer...most wanted product and keep more stock
Good supermarket. Items are well arranged. Good selection and good service. There is parking but some better facilities for parking would be good.

Very good place to get groceries and all household items at reasonable rates. Huge collection is available here. The staffs are pretty friendly. Nobody follows us around. We can shop at our pace. Overall a great shopping destination in Thrissur.
