Reliance SMART Bazaar - Hypermarket in Thane, Mira Bhayandar - Thane, India

Unprofessional staff in Smart Bazar. They don't even knw how to treat with customer. They don't know how to manage with customers. There were so many billing counters but no one was ready to make our bill. We had to wait for long time with no Q for billing. Had a horrible experience with Smart Bazar Maxus mall.

The worst I have ever visited. Maxus Mall. Bhayandar west. And this is the second time I have visited this store and it's even worse. And the manager Mr. Jagrut, is a perfect reflection of the sorry condition of the store. I made a purchase of 7524/- on 26th Sept. And the offer of getting items for less prices was not available. The cashier said the offer was over and so did the customer care guy. (There was no one at the customer care desk by the way) And the basement section didn't have a single staff on the floor. It was the same the last time I visited the store. When checked with the manager he had a simple government employee answer "The system is not reflecting the offer and we have sent an email" Better go to Dmart which is far better in service

Worst experience in my life from Smart Bazar(Reliance) Bhayander, 4 days for delivery of groceries. Nobody at the customer care to complain. No proper response from Staff. No body given answer properly I thought we are living in 80's. Seriously very upset

I purchased grocery at Bhayandar reliance smart bazar on 07-11-23 and today 15-11-23 and stil I didn't receive my home delivery, customer care is useless no response from the store , very bad service.

2 days for delivery of groceries. We live in 2023 not in 1960s.Nobody at the customer care to complain. No staff at the cash counter. Many people frustrated as the cash counters did not accept cash to check out. Pathetic customer service

The staff here do not have maturity. They are calling a staff to speak. They are saying that we have no work. They are talking about ego. Can't you see? They are saying that they are like Britannia.

Bakwas. Staff is not trained. They don't know how to treat their customers. Waste of time. Too crowded. Non systematic. Rather than visiting there I'll prefer to order online from jio Mart.

Very useless service.i purchased 7000 product nd when we receive home delivery one product box is there but inside the box product is not there.i complain 6 times in customer service they always says I reopen your complain maam .not resolved my problem till now .
