I had a great shopping experience here. The price boards displayed attractive offers, and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, I noticed that during billing, there was a drastic price difference from the advertised price continuously in 2 items. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, and they were quick to resolve the issue and honor the advertised price. Overall, I had a positive experience at Reliance Mall. However, I hope they can address this recurring issue to maintain the reliability of their shopping mall.

Good shopping mall for all needs located in first floor. Kitchen appliances, stationeries, beauty products, food products in many brands at reasonable price. Car parking available. There is food outlet nearby where we can get Pani puri, sweet corn and jigarthanda. It's good, neat and hygienic. Lift is available.

Neat n good products available most of our home needs satisfied but the customer support n service are worst even though billing if thr no tag they itself remove from our shopping cart. They won't help to pick an items that wen ask for. Sterday it's my bad service there.

Reliance mall is closer to Nagaraj temple. They are giving offer for all products compare to other super markets. Good arrangements inside the mart. Well maintained parking area under the mart and right side of the mart. Seperate parking area for four wheeler and two wheeler.

Super market is good and well stocked. Air conditioning not sufficient. Bad odour present near the lift area. Can be maintained in a better way.

Please reduce unnecessary plastic packaging for fruits & veggies. You guys charge extra for a carry bag in the name of environmental friendliness but what about the extra plastic packaging on tender coconut!?
