I'm glad I came across this little supermarket. Perfect location for all locals and tourists to pick up everything you possibly need. The price you pay outside for a drink you'd literally get 3/4 day supply of goods here. Extremely friendly staff, very welcoming and willing to help if you needed assistance. When entering the shop I could not see any baskets, maybe they want people to take a trolley for what you call "indulge buying" the bigger your trolley is your more than likely going to want to fill it up. True story Good experience. Great prices

The billing centre is a mess, rest is ok. Hygiene is little maintained well. Must go to their 7/11 Mini shop for snacks. It's a good idea for people who are tired with hectic shopping and want to cool down for sometime.

I am an overseas visitor & happen to come into your store today.,.. Worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life!! Especially the staff members on the front Registers. No manners at all! And so rude. I was totally shocked ... All of your staff members act as though they really don't want to be there!! They're lucky to have a job! All the floor staff members just stand around chatting in groups & don't even move out of your way so as you can Shop. The manager Of this store should be ashamed!. No wonder your businesses in India do not excel or grow bigger! Your store actually brings down the whole experience of this Shopping centre! GET WITH THE 21st CENTURY Reliance Smart as you are definitely not a SMART Company!!

Everything is super fine except some of your staff... Me and my fiance visited today; in one section there was a body spray, but it was nowhere written that "testing is not allowed." The moment we tried, three oversmart staff members appeared there and very rigidly told us testing is not allowed, so you have to buy this. Not wasting a single minute, we were forced to take that spray, which was just 99... On top of that, when we walked away and turned again,they were laughing and saying something to each other. The most interesting thing is that after billing, we thought of talking to a shift in-charge or to a manager, but the manager was not available, nor did anyone have the concern's contact number. Then we checked with the doorman, who was basically a very young North Indian guy, who took us to a person behind the checking counter. We were amazed when we waited there for almost 5 minutes and Mr. Gunaseker, if I am not mistaken, whose name we came to know from the door lady, didn't even lift his laces to acknowledge us. Such a wonderful service. And at last we left, but nobody bothered. Please check your CCTV footage from 5 to 6 p.m. around... Dated 19.08.23.

Online Purchase Experience is Horrible After Full Payment I have wait for 2-3 Days & they Automatically Cancelled My Order and when I call- Customer care representative they Don't Care about customers No One Accept they Fault even we have to Wait 7 days for Refund the Money, I will Never ever Recommend to Anyone to Buy something from Reliance Online Grocery app, There are So Many apps witch will Give you Same day Delivery as well as Good Prices, Reliance is Chiter & Fraud Company

Good spread and almost all varieties available for shopping but the staff is quiet less available on the floor for guidance

Worst experience. Not properly arranged. Too much crowded in the store as well as in the check out counters. staff are rude and there was a big absence of customer service. I think they don't care because they are Ambani's company !!
