One of the worst service centre... Pls don't purchase any products from reliance.. my AC got repaired one month after purchase... More than 6 weeks they took to replace my AC... In chrompet branch one man his name is prabakaran he spoke very rude... More than 20 times we went to shop.. but no response... At last we started fighting... Finally after 6 weeks they replaced my AC
Very worst experience. Most of the 5 star reviews are there own fake reviews of the owner and there employees example rakkesh tiwari and Anto respectively etc... The owner he himself doesn't have a habit of responding back. No proper response Very slow processing. They will just try to close your ticket and after you have to escalate and get it sorted. out of that pressure only they will reply. Also even they don't take a responsibility to solve the issue instead they live over the issue and make a reliance experience worse. Please avoid this service centre.
