I visited the center today for my screen color issue and the executive there saw the phone and in no time without diagnosing it, he told me to change the display of my iPhone. I asked him if there was any other way and he refused and asked me to call the customer care. I called the customer care and I was asked to hard restart my phone and reset all my settings and the issue was resolved. It was just a waste of time going to this service centre. Very Naive executives are appointed here.
Context: iPhone 12 Pro handset receiver problem which was told to be the manufacturing problem. Just to check that whether it comes under that particular batch I had to give them the handset for 3 days. Unprofessional, don't have the patience to listen to customer, do not resolve the problem despite taking ample of time. Highly disappointed with the service. Don't recommend it to anyone

I wanted to change my iPhone battery and they said I will have to keep my phone at the store for 5 days. Apple website itself says it'll take 2 hours to replace the battery and most of the authorised services do it within a day. How dumb these guys are when they say "we order the battery and it'll take 4-5 days to deliver so they'll keep the phone" Dumb service. Don't recommend.
