Third class service!! I visited the store to replace keyboard of my laptop, however they damaged the body. When I raise to them, they agreed to replace the bottom cover. It took several weeks and post which, they gave used/duplicate cover claiming that it's brand new. My laptop has i3 processor but but the sticker (faded) says i7 and intel iris graphic card. My keyboard issues still continues. Bunch of idiots working there.
Bakwas hai don't buy products from reliance digital They are giving default products after the use of 1 year Every reliance start not working either it's internal or external problem and don't buy their insurance because if you buy insurance it doesn't useful for you If you go to them in your extended warranty period They refuse to do the work in warranty they will told you that's not come in their warranty policy And please don't buy products from reliance digital Buy from others platforms Please don't buy their disgusting products
Worst service they provide. Fooling around people. My laptop was under warranty then too they were charging money for hardware replacement.
Be cautious ... Once i had an urgent need to get my laptop repaired and i shared the information with the staff. Two hours later i got call where the person was asking me to pay some money for getting early delvier I reported this to reliance they told me dont entertain such calls. I am not sure who was responsible for the leak but please be cautious when doing business with resq
