Very bad service. The salesmen are untrained and don't know anything. After buying one ring it's shine disappeared within 10 days. Came to complaint and buy another ring. So they tried to clean the ring and voila the technician completely removed the matte finish which was present on some parts so the charm is completely gone. Meanwhile we had already bought the second ring and since it was little loose we were told it can be cut and resized without any issues. Now after billing when we went to technician he tells us that he can cut and resize but the shine and finishing of the ring will be gone and to get good finish we will have to send it to head office to get it resized with a wait time of one month. If this was informed earlier we never would have bought the ring. Horrible service and experience.

They have good options to select from however if we compare it with their direct rivals Tanishq, Orra the designs are a bit limiting. Quality and pricing is good.
