The staff is very polite and professional. I visited with my siblings for wedding shopping and we had spent ample amounts of time choosing from the collection. The range and variety is good. Could have been a bit more but whatever collection they had it was good. It was my first time at Reliance Jewels and I would love to visit again in future mostly because of the staff members welcoming nature and their hospitality.
