Reliance Jewels - Sector 18 - Jewelry store in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

Yesterday I have visited this store on 10 nov 2023 in sec 18 Noida I have never seen so rude and uncultured staff in customer service. I selected something on ground floor and waited one hour for billing after having some enquiry at billing counter to do their task fast they started the fighting like a Galli mohalla. I have never seen the staff like this before I have attached the photo of one guy and second guy name Rohit had ran away from the store and this all happened in front of store manager Farah even she was speachless and covering them by saying that they are working since morning however they have right to say anything to the customer. I have say to any authoritised or responsible person to go the CCTV footage of 10 nov 2023 between 10-11pm u will understand how ur staff is so rude. I would suggest don't go this store in u have some self respect I have attached the pic of culprit guys and store and second named Rohit ran away

Good people. Good service. But there are some serious flaws They don't deal in silver bars and coins, not even payals. Even in gold, the variety is too less, compared to other branded jewellers.

If possible I would have given ratings in negative. Firstly, they don't have a good collection and you have to choose from a limited stock that's available. Secondly, when you are sitting there and selecting the jewelry they behave with you like robbers. Making charges is 31% ( which is the highest compared to others ) . I'm still regretting my decision to shop from here. Their gold charges are higher and making charges are the highest. Behaviour is even worse than local shops. The staff treats you as if you have come to steal something. Will not allow you to patiently select jewellery. Then they have the audacity to ask 'how was your expectations?, how was the collection?' Pathetic I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO SHOP FROM HERE!! It's better to look for other brands or local jewellers rather than visiting here and feeling humiliated and robbed.

The staff here is very uncooperative. I just asked them if they could check if my desired product was available at any other store in NCR but instead of finding a way out, she simply denied and said she would do that a day later. This response is valid if there is a rush at store but even the store has just 1-2 customers apart from me.

Good collection, Nyce store located in the sector 18 noida . The staff was also very helpful and behaviour was good. They helped me to choose a better design .

Worst service, they don't know how to speak. They really needs to learn how to speak and behave. I absolutely regret visiting the store. Such an awful experience. They are accepting 5 lakhs cash , i saw them receiving 5 lakh cash on purchase in front of me, which is against government rules.

Worst experience with my Mangalsutra repair work. Submitted the item on 20th June 2023 and still haven't received the repaired Item. Simultaneously there is no update when I'm going to get the repaired item back. The cutomer receipt says I'll get the Item back by 30th July 2023. I waited paitently as sometimes it takes time but 2 months are way too much for a corporate company like reliance jewels to deliver a service. Tried to visit the store as well but they are also not able to provide a satisfactory reply about the item. fed up with the services.

Worst service, they don't know how to speak. Myself being a Reliance employee I now how much importance we give to our customers and we know customer service is must. However, Mr Rajan was very helpful but the person on the billing who sits on the first floor was very rude and pathetic. He really needs to learn how to speak and behave. I absolutely regret visiting the store. Such an awful experience
