Customer experience and support is great as well as the billing and troubleshooting front. This branch has a wide range of jewellery and my family never gets disappointed with the price, variety or discount that we get here. Must visit jwellery shop with your parents or your significant other.
I've had worst experience in this showroom , ordered a customised engagement ring and the staff told me that it'll be ready within max 45 days, and now after one month they tell me that one more month will be required , which will be after my engagement date and they won't offer any refund also for the advance money. Don't visit this store , f you've time constraints because they'll never prepare your order on time
They cheat people. No transparency in rate of gold, no correlation between 24k, 22k, 18k gold rate (particularly when you have to exchange). They do not display gold rate publically like other branded jewelers, thus they charge whatever they want. Actual weight of jewelary is less than that printed on tag. No grievance redressal system. Since most customers are ladies and they do not go in details of pricing, company is robbing them.
