Nice collection of Gold and Dimond jewellery. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Special offers on Birthdays and aniversary. They even called for a cake and celebrated our anniversary. Thanks Reliance jewels.
Can't describe how happy i am with this store, the staff here welcomed us warmly specially Mr. Prakash helped us out throughout the process very well. They waited very patiently for us to decide even after their working hours. All thanks to the staff right from housekeeping till the manager of the store all of them are very polite and very dedicated towards their work.
Small & Decent reliance Jewels store at the ground floor of R - City mall, next to hamleys. The store had so many staff as compared to the size. Security employees, tech staff, customer service associates, cashier and facility guys. This store had more staff than customers on Saturday evening. The staff were courteous and very hearing towards customer needs. Overall a good experience visiting this store.
