The staff is humble and polite. They have good collection of jewellery and store is well maintained. We have been regular to the store since few years now. Only one downside is, sometimes there is no parking space available right out side the store and have to park the car few blocks away.

I had my worst experience with Reliance Jwellers- Preet Vihar. I visited this store last week and there was decent crowd at that hour and no rush. There was only one person doing his work "security Guard" greeting people at entry gate. After that there was no one to attend the customer. I even asked them if someone will be helping us and a guy mentioned that Deepak will help. We sat and waited for about 20-25minutes but no one came. We were sitting in front of a counter where a staff lady was helping another customer and we thought that she will help after attending to this customer. But after they were gone, she didn't even acknowledge us and simply sat on her seat idle. We were shocked to see such behaviour, niether any of the senior in the store came there. We finally decided to leave the store and no one even realised that some customer left with such disappointment.
