Very disappointing place for a brand like Reliance . Will Never Ever recommend any relative of this place . One staff missbehaved with the family and even got recorded but then also reliance is not taking any measures against my complaint. Complaint id is TTN4306212 I guess we have to take social media platforms to get justice. I have attached some screen shots of the mails and everyone can see the response of reliance coustomer care and its actions taken. Highly disappointed
Very nice experience with varied and wonderful collection , and staff Jyoti Bhatt is polite ! I went to buy one set but by the glory of the collection and because of the convincing nature of Jyoti Bhatt , I bought one more .
Very rude staff. I had gone to buy gold chain for gift and they created such a fuss over the billing. Had to spend one hour for billing formalities on my birthday and ended up exiting the store without buying anything because of the rude staff.
