We visited Reliance Jewels in Mantri Mall, Bengaluru, and were pleased with our gold shopping experience. The shop is tidy and well-maintained, and they offer a wide range of varieties in their gold product collections. What stood out was the excellent customer service, particularly from Sunitha, who had a great service mindset and provided a wonderful shopping experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit to this outlet.

Went in reliance jewellery store and was received by a good gentleman ,as we were browsing on what to buy a woman came with notebook asking name, mobile number which no other store asks ,we refused instead if she asked for tea or limejuice like other stores we would buy ,customer are kings treat them well ,not like robbers

We had a very great experience with the staff. They showed us multiple designs across every category and explained to us in very detailed manner. They even undertook customisation and delivered it on time. Everyone in the staff has given us a pleasant experience. Prices were also very competitive and best in the market. I would highly recommend this place.
